These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fluido AI mobile application ("the App"), developed by Daniel Rodriguez ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Fluido AI is an English language learning app that provides AI-powered voice conversation practice. The App uses Google Gemini API to generate real-time voice tutoring sessions tailored to your level and interests.
2. Subscription Plans
Fluido AI offers the following subscription plans:
- Pro — 60 minutes of conversation per week
- Ultra — 120 minutes of conversation per week
Each plan is available in three billing periods:
- Weekly — Pro: $4.99/week, Ultra: $7.99/week
- Monthly — Pro: $14.99/month, Ultra: $24.99/month
- Annual — Pro: $99.99/year, Ultra: $179.99/year
All subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically.
3. Payment & Renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
4. Free Trial
New subscribers are eligible for a 3-day free trial. The free trial begins when you subscribe and provides full access to your selected plan's features. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate conversational content, language assessments, and learning recommendations. While we strive for accuracy:
- AI-generated content may contain errors in grammar, vocabulary, or pronunciation guidance.
- The App is a practice tool and does not replace formal language education or certified instruction.
- Level assessments (CEFR) are approximate and should not be used as official certifications.
- Conversational content is generated dynamically and may vary between sessions.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of language learning. You must not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code.
- Use the App to generate content unrelated to language learning.
- Share or redistribute your subscription access.
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, logo, and content are owned by Daniel Rodriguez. The curriculum, lesson structure, and AI tutor configuration are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
8. Availability & Modifications
- The App requires an active internet connection to function.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, API provider outages, or other technical issues.
- We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.
- Pricing may change with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions will honor the price at the time of purchase until renewal.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluido AI and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
11. Third-Party Services
The App relies on Google Gemini API for its core functionality. Google's services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
