Fluido AI ("the App") is an English language practice app developed by Daniel Rodriguez ("we", "us"). This policy describes how we handle your information.
1. Data We Collect
- Name — provided during onboarding to personalize your lessons.
- English level, interests, and learning goal — used to tailor your curriculum.
- Voice audio — captured from your microphone during practice sessions. Audio is streamed in real time and is never stored on your device or our servers.
- Conversation transcripts — generated during each session for analysis. Transcripts are kept in memory during the session and discarded after analysis is complete.
- Learning progress — session scores, practice time, weak areas, and lesson completion data stored locally on your device.
- Personal facts — topics and details you mention during conversations (e.g., hobbies, profession) used to personalize future lessons. Up to 20 facts are stored locally.
2. How We Use Your Data
All data is used exclusively to provide and improve your language learning experience:
- Personalizing lesson content and difficulty.
- Tracking your progress over time.
- Analyzing conversation performance to identify areas for improvement.
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses Google Gemini API to power voice conversations and analyze your sessions. During a session, the following data is sent to Google's servers:
- Audio stream from your microphone.
- Conversation transcripts for post-session analysis.
- Your name, level, and learning context (to personalize the tutor's responses).
Google's use of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and their Gemini API Terms of Service.
We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
4. Data Storage
All user data (profile, progress, session history) is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers or databases that store your personal information.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Data is only transmitted to Google Gemini API as described above, solely to provide the core functionality of the App.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
- Session history: last 100 sessions stored locally.
- Personal facts: up to 20, rolling basis.
- Audio: never stored — streamed and discarded.
- You can delete all your data at any time from the Profile screen within the App.
- Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
8. Your Rights
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can view, modify, or delete your data through the App's Profile screen, or by uninstalling the App.
9. Subscriptions & Payments
Fluido AI offers paid subscription plans (Pro and Ultra) with weekly, monthly, and annual billing options. All subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. Payment is processed through Apple's App Store. For full subscription terms, see our Terms & Conditions.
10. AI-Generated Content
The App uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini API) to generate conversational content and language assessments. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies. The App is a practice tool and does not replace formal language education.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
